What we don't do
Outdoor and excavation work. If your problem is outside the building, we'll tell you straight away and point you to someone who does it.
How a visit works
Two kinds of visit. You choose.
Assessment visit
About 30 minA technician evaluates the issue and gives you an estimate. Good when you're not sure what's wrong.
Repair appointment
2-hour windowA two-hour work window reserved for the repair. You do not need an assessment first.
The technician gives you the repair estimate on site. Booking a visit does not set the repair price, and we don't take card details online.
Fees
Every extra charge, before you agree
- Same-day visit
- +$100
- After-hours visit
- +$100
- Same-day and after-hours together
- +$150 total — not $200
- Diagnostic fee
- $100 only if we identify the problem and you decide not to go ahead with the repair. If you accept the repair, there is no separate diagnostic fee.
Visits outside our regular hours are by request and confirmed by us before anything is arranged.
